Ok...so....
Things are not going exactly as planned... stress from all the back-to-school things are preventing me from keeping up with my blog. I've been on track with my exercise, but eating way too many convenience foods :( HOWEVER, I will focus more starting tomorrow..the girls first day of 5th grade. Weight, 156.3..

Week one...
Starting weight 157.. that's 4 lbs up from my last weigh in 2 weeks ago. Ugh. This isn't going to be easy. I was attending Weight Watcher's meetings and losing about 1 lb a week, but at $40 a month it had to go. Steadily, it started coming back. Not because WW doesn't work, but because I'm not holding myself accountable. So I decided to start a blog. Tracking my weight every week, and sharing the ups & downs, the good & the bad with others that have the same struggle.
